properly we already had ours. Didnt lose ability. Ice became into an inch thick in places and a minimum of a 0.5 inch. We save numerous blankets. Candles. flahlights. Batteries. Lighters, to mild the candles. So we are frequently arranged. like i pronounced, we had our undesirable climate. ice typhoon, then a team of snow. it became into under 0 with the windchill various from -3 to -17. Now final night and this morning, we had a twister watch. it is fifty 5 ranges right here. This climate right this is nuts. i'm in Illinois.

I'm VERY happy for you! I've followed that storm closely because I have family and friends there. We had one here (several states east of you) last night, too, but it wasn't anything like what you guys dealt with. Sure glad you got through it all right.

Congrats, good to hear of another survivor of the storm. Many of us northerners have survived a number of storms and power outages, ice, wind snow etc etc...it is all part of wintering I guess. welcome to the club of survivors. this old camping equipment that we have stored in the garage does come in handy sometimes.
