i've used the mesh and others. The leafhelmets aren't as effective. i just wondered if leafguard had a competitor with a similar concept. I have old tress and even the smaller branches clog it!

You can buy plstic mesh from home centers fairly cheap to put over your gutters. They work fine.

their are several brands gutter helmet, gutter topper, etc. the mesh things work in some parts of the country, no here in Wisconsin. I tryed them and had the twirly helicopters from our maple trees plug them in 2 weeks.

It took more time to clean them out than to just hose out the gutters uncovered.

The gutter helmet works great up north though.
