College recomendastions?

Do you think a recommendation from the president of an oil rich country in Africa will get me in to a good college?

yea actually an ivy league school

probbly,but you nee to get more recomendations,like fom teachers,jut in case.

Is the college in that country? In that case, yes. If not, then it will only help if it is obvious that this person knows you well, but most schools are less impressed with a big title than they are with someone who knows your academic ability. Make sure you get a recommnedation from a teacher and/or counselor as well.
