I am pretty sure I watched Bobby Orr score two on the same penalty. It was against the Rangers I beleive.

It's happened many times. But nobody has ever scored 3. Several teams have scored 3 goals on a single short-handed effort and once, the Oilers scored 4 goals on a single shorthanded effort, but one of the goals was called back because it went in off a skate.

Theoren Fleury once recorded three short-handed goals in one game. I don't know if two of those were in the same kill or not, but it's likely.
