When you have something you are intellect. Therefor first requirement is not having anything.
Now, How weired a person depends upon his mindless actions. Specially if he/she tries to justify himself in absolute terms. Weired person is also like dumpster, a complete dump of everything. One needs to be fool as well because without being fool a weired person cannot accept another person. Weired person accepts everything but agrees to nothing.
I will give you an example of a weired person ?
When some one asks as weired person coming out of movie what's the time ? Weired on responds 8 PM. To check whether the person is weired or not just reask the question. Is it 8PM. If the person is weired he will rethink again what he have said. A weired person is always in his world and respond quickly and without care.
Wiered person is like a fish. He floats in different direction. He is like fool he doesnot remember any thing.

In conclusion
To be weired you need to involve in some stupid thing such as this. We two and several others are perfect answer for this question. Dont be stupid. Close this window and do something else. Has the world became so boring that you sit infront of this screen and enjoy your eternal life.

Hey man you are really weired and so am i...

The term "weird" is entirely subjective based on the location where it is being used. Everyone has variations on what they think of as weird. There are certain behaviors, appearances, etc., that groups deem as normal or typical. If a person goes against what is thought of as normal or typical, then that person is considered weird. However, that same behavior could be considered normal in another place. For example, in some European countries, it is customary to kiss each cheek when greeting somebody. That is normal in that location. If that were to be done in this country, people (who are familiar with this custom) would likely view that as weird.

I have worn the title proudly...for all it means to me is that I am "different" from the norm, from the expected, from the followers, though I am not a leader. "Weird" is often attached to those who don't buy into the societal propaganda (beginning in middle school and even earlier). Peer pressure makes many sheep. Sheep don't think for themselves, but follow the herd. I dress differently, speak differently, think differently, etc. In fact, my family always thought me "outside the envelope." I find myself refreshing, and I do amuse myself. My speech patterns and clarity of pronunciation have often been commented upon. I refuse to fall to the base line. People have mistaken me (in their ignorance) for British or Australian--because I am as precise and true to language as I am able (which is a love of mine), while most others use language sloppily and without regard. Because I am a "detail" person , I am thought weird--I require much information, much detail, to understand the whole. This is uncomfortable for others, who don't want to be bothered with details. I have even been labeled as controlling because I intake so much more information and apply it than most others do. Because of this ability to see more than others, I see things very differently from them, having more information to work with than they. I am not referring to psychic abilities here. I totally amuse myself and have no discomfort being alone. I enjoy myself--probably because I'm the only one who understands me and my "weirdness." I don't need recreational drugs or drink to have a good time--my head and heart are always working overtime to entertain me. Very few people "get" me, and I am fine with that. When I was younger it was very difficult not to fit in. Now I could care less to be a part of the mindless pack. However, as my sensitivity has developed, I do have much compassion for others. And I do make a concerted effort to connect (often on their level) with people--sending them the silent or overt Namaste of Love. I am comfortable with my weirdness and wouldn't choose to be any other way. I am Sirius

I guess that would be not being normal, what ever that is. If you are poor you are weird, if rich eccentric. I personally think the so called normal people are weird. If the last person who called me weird was the poster child for normal, no thanks. Besides, I like weird, we are interesting, not bland & cookie cutter in our thoughts & beliefs.
Blessings.

There is no weird person. The parameters are that as long as we don't hurt ourselves, others or things we're okay. What weird concept that "wierd".

Be like Zalem!

Never be conventional!

be unusual!

never repeat or imitate what others do.

Twist your ideas.

Don't think as your society wants.

Try to find new ideas that seem irrational to others.

Never agree when everybody agrees, try to find something to protest against. For example when discussing a matter, try always to find loops in the discussion.

Edit: Anil P, it is not necessary to be a fool to be weird. Einstein was weird, and yeah very intelligent.

To have been recognized as a seperate and distinct entity. Try as we might to never be noticed, at one point and time we will be. At that exact moment the differences that are our humanity are laid bare and distinguish us, or make us "wierd" in comparison to all other individuals. Congratulations on your wierdness, good luck and God bless.

We all have oddities...
we all have differences.
Are we all kooky? Yes, I think so.

The opposite of bravery is not cowardice but conformity.
