I was wondering if I go from community college to a university, and still play college football at that uni?

It depends on the level of sports at that university. At Division I schools, if you haven't been recruited by the coaches, your chances are minimal, although there usually is some opportunity for others to try out as a walk-on. Still, it seems pretty unlikely. At schools in lower divisions, you stand a better chance of playing.
