I am working out to lose weight but also to start a healthy lifestyle. I have no intention of giving up the foods that I love, just want to be healthy about it. how long should it take me to lose 10 pounds. Im 5'6 168 but if you look at me, you can't really see it.
what are my odds of losing it in the next two weeks?

It's great you're working out & you shouldn't deny yourself foods, it never works for very long. I would change your diet & avoid eating anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods) eat organic foods when you can & drink lots of water. Weight loss has more to do with your metabolism & muscle tone, the more toned your body is...the more weight you will lose. *Remember, muscles weighs more that fat...so, you will see changes in your body but your weight might not shift a lot.
Realistically, it would take a month to lose 10 lbs.
