That line is from "Back to the Future" I & II starring Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly. Marty is picked on by a bully named Biff Tannen. The exact quote from the first movie is, "Hello! Anybody Home? Think, McFly! Think!" and involves Biff knocking on Marty's forehead.
So if I were you I'd start by looking for quotes from those two movies ;-)
