People say coke unclogs drains because its acidic -i don't think it'd be strong enough though these days or we wouldn't be allowed to drink it!

Try bleach, or get some bicarbonate soda? If its a toilet, get your toilet brush and dip it in and out making sure it goes above the water line when you're doing it - this pushes air into the pipe. I know this, as my boyfriend uses way too much toilet roll and blocks our up loads. :-)

If the drain was clogged with some thing coke can dissolve,, sure, but if it clogged with hair, grease,,, dont waste your time

If your looking for something to unclog your pipe,, buy a toilet plunger and use it on it,, if its a double sink, you will have to plug one side before you plunge,, you can use the one you have for your toliet,,,,its up to you

No but put one cup baking soda, 1/2 cup of salt, and then pour in one cup of white vinegar. It will BUBBLE. Let it sit for fifteen (15) minuites and then pour boiling hot water (I use a tea kettle) followed by 5 minutes of hot tape water.

I've also heard pouring a bottle of peroxide works, leaving it for 30 minutes and then running hot water through the pipes.

Sticky coke will make it worse. That is an old wives tale and untrue.

vinegar and baking soda might, but be careful.
anything you add now may conflict when you break down and buy liquid plumber.
Have you got a wire coat hanger you could snake the pipe with?

Ive never heard of that before but have heard that it disolves limescale so if the drains blocked with limescale i supose so.
