Yes it happens. I did. I met my wife thru Great Expectations Video Dating Service in Denver about 30 years ago and fall so much in love with her just by her pictures I sent one of those pictures to my parents stating she was the one even before I met her in person. I actually stood her up the first date but went out the next nite, engaged a week later and married 3 months later and that was over 28 years ago and wouldnt change a thing
