...if you're talking about when the creature bursts out of the man's stomach, while he was at a DINER, you're not talking about any of the original "Alien" movies; you're talking about the "Aliens" parody scene, in the 1987 comedy, "Spaceballs". As in the original 1979 film, "Alien", the guy with the...uh, little stomach problem, was once again played by John Hurt (..."oh no!! Not again!!!")...
