Okay, let's say you went to McDonald's one day, and they offered "a choice" of french fries fried up in the current more healthy stuff, and also fries fried up in the beef fat or whatever it was that they used to use years ago... NOW BE HONEST... would you be curious and try the "Older style" fries???

Prior to the 1990's, McDonald's fries were fried up in a mixture of 93% beef tallow and 7% cottenseed oil!!!

when i was younger, it was such a treat to get McDonald's fries. i always loved the salty and greasy little suckers. so i would definitely say beef fat.

I'd get the "old style" fries. Todays fries aren't as tasty & now I usually don't get 2 larges anymore.

To be honest - yeah, I'd be curious about the old style... I would try a few. But I wouldn't eat a whole order of them.
