It is never too late to plant bulbs. With that being said, if you have had your first frost, plant as you normally would but you will need to mulch at least 2-3 inches. If you like, you can wait until after the last frost to plant Growth habits will be a bit off by up to a month but will still bloom as expected and then resume normal growth habits the next year. good luck!

You still can. I am in N. Central Ok. Zone 6.
You can plant them until Feb. Maybe Mar. if we have a cold Winter. Just do it before the ground freezes.

It would depend on the bulbs you're wanting to plant. Google the specific bulb & see if it'll tell you.
I generally do it in the fall. before the freezing weather , but i like King Alfreds, so there's a differnce.

No, it is not. You can plant as long as you can still work the ground to a depth of 8 to 10 inches deep.
Good luck

As long as you can dig in the ground it is not too late. Since the ground is currently frozen, refrigerate the bulbs and as soon as the ground thaws, plant them.

yes it is
but here a simple solution around i say ummm February put them in a cloth an rap them up good so the don't get burned an put them in your freezer an mark build for march in march take them out an go plant them out side by you putting them in the freezer you gave it its chill period fast( its dormant point rapidly) after then they can stay out there they will catch up when it time for them to grow it like cheating but not you just missed the time to put them in the ground so this is like a back up plan but they have to be place before march 20

Probably.
Is the ground frozen yet? You could try. Make sure you mulch well.
