Just a house. My wife and I are 22 and recently paid off over 20K in about 7 months. We are now working on saving/investing hard and getting the house paid off early.

Me too..
No debt. Cars paid with cash (2 BMWs) with money I saved after buying my last car (reverse car payment-make payments to myself until I'm ready to buy the car). Mortgage paid off 3 years early.
I do have about $4,000 in credit card debt from Christmas gifts, but I'll pay them in full before they are due.
No debt lets you sleep at night..
Good Luck

I'm a bout 9k in the hole. Alot of it is from medical and from when I had my own business. I used to profits to live on instead of paying back my debt then I started working for a company and sold the business so I would have insurance. Now i'm having troubles getting out of debt, but my goal is by Christmas next year to be debt free.

Nothing I can't handle. House mortgage paid off altogether. 24,000 euro left owing for farm purchase. Credit card for this month 58 euro. Will pay that this week. Nothing else.
