...good grief, are you kidding??? The so-called 'infected' looked like failed, low-grade Morlock character audition applicants, from that horrible 2002 sci-fi snoozer, "The Time Machine"; I was far from impressed with them, as well as the rest of the film. The original novel (...or for that matter, "The Last Man on Earth" and "The Omega Man", both previous versions of this story) had so many great intense, emotional and dramatic plot points, which this new cinematic incarnation failed oh-so miserably to touch upon (...including the ending); storywise, I felt like I was watching a simpleton, pared-back, bare-bones basic "Dick & Jane" version of the story, geared specifically for the general masses, who probably might find the complexity of the original story, a little too....umm, complex(?)...
...although, I candidly have to say that I WAS moved during the oh-so sad and strained 'Old Yeller' moment in the film (...which I saw coming a mile away; the appearance of the mutated dogs pretty much confirmed it); in fact, during the scene, I was so 'moved', that I actually got up, walked out of the theatre auditorium, and went to use the restroom...which I virtually never do, during a film...
...anyways, I guess for every two or three really great Will Smith movies, there occasionally has to be a really mediocre one (...can y'all say "Wild Wild West", folks???)

Hmmmm...Then you didn't see the same movie I did....It was great, great acting, some comedic, some tear-dripping, great storyline and very fast paced...Its definately 4 out 5 star movie.
I'm sorry you feel that way but hey, i'm sure not everyone is going to like it but that group will be the minority!!!

i became into thinking what the great hype approximately it is so i went to verify it. I observed the finished action picture yet i did no longer see what the great deal approximately it became into. I left devoid of feeling that rush of delight like after a curler coaster holiday. it became into very unfeeling for me. it is unlike i became into thinking with reference to the action picture once I left or hoping to verify it back and all. I undergo in suggestions feeling the 'rush of goodness' once I watched video clips like lord of the rings and transformers, yet Avatar did no longer do it for me. i assumed the tall blue human beings have been very equivalent to African indigenous human beings and the beasts have been purely average variations of our prehistoric creatures. i think of Cameron became into attempting to play God and had to wow everybody together with his ingenuity yet to me, it did no longer artwork. i do no longer see originality and that i felt no longer something for the characters interior the action picture. I dunno why it took Cameron that long to make this action picture, no rely if it is well worth all that money to make it and the place each and every of the hype is coming from. i does no longer watch it back whether i've got been given unfastened tickets to it.
