In the last few years I get a pain immediately after a perfectly great orgasm that feels like extreme cramps.?

Sometimes it lasts for hours or the rest of the day. Have had two ultrasounds with normal results. What else can I do? I'm 59, but not dead yet! Do I have to live out the rest of my life avoiding orgasms?

There could be something like a condition called vulvodynia (pain of the external genital area) going on to cause this pain. I would recommend getting another opinion, preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently use to see if they can figure out what could be causing this.
