My black neighbor, has a white dog,
i have a black dog.
My (black ) dog is allways picking a fight
with my neighbor( white ) dog.
is it possible my dog is racist?
If so, what should i do about?

That is just your animal showing out.
Most dogs raised around only white people tend to show aggression to black people when they first meet them. The dog's brain registers the dark skin as a shadow and thinks someone is sneaking up on them.

No. Dogs pick up on their owner's feelings about other races. Dogs don't "see" the colors of other dogs.. Your dog is probably being territorial.

Dogs are not racist! It doesn't matter what color the dogs are, they just don't like certain breeds

not in that way.. no.. but animals have been known to like only the race that there owner's are.. rare.. but i have seen it happen a few times..
