I got the whole hair part down, the eyes, and headband, my only probably is the outfit itself!

I've been researching and I think I understand the cloth, the red shirt I can get down but I guess it comes all down to the black stitching, I've seen the pictures of people who made them and they are so perfect and cleanly made, how do they do it?

That doesn't look like stitching, it looks like a stripe printed onto the fabric before the garment is cut. You can tell because of the way the stripes meet in a V at the side seam. The outfit is a wrap coat. Check out this link, 3rd one down. You'd just have to make it longer, and cut the sleeves out of red material. You could draw your own stripes with a wide black marker, or long strips and triangles of black tape.
