Hold on! Is he breastfed? Breastfed babies can go for days. Is he acting uncomfortable? Is his belly looking too big or is it hard? Is he running a temp? If the answer to those last three were yes, then okay, call the doctor. A trip to the ER might be in order. But most likely, there is no problem. He'll be fine. Best of luck to you both.

you can take him to the hospital or you could try giving him apple juice, or white grape juice, or the old fashen way put a table spoon or more of dark karo syrup in a bottle and fill the rest with water shake it up and give it to him, these normaly work but the doctors might be abil to fix the problem sooner or could detect if something is actually wrong with him

First, try giving him a baby-size (1 gram) glycerin suppository - then if that doesn't make him do caca take him to the ER!

Call your doctor. Especially for breast-fed babies, it is not entirely uncommong for babies not to poop for a week or so. If there is no fever, and the baby doesn't seem distressed or uncomfortable, I would call the doctor to get some comfort. I don't think it's an ER visit.
