i'm amazed on how she colors! how does she color like this? i know it;s programs like photoshop but i wonder what her technique is..

Many artists will, deliberately, limit their palettes, often, to explore how far they can take a color theme, or, just as often, to create a specific mood in the illustration.

Examples exist in classical paintings, that may be analogous to these images. (Pinky, Blue Boy)

Most of the ones in the linked examples could have been, easily done, with simple fills in a software similar to Photoshop. I notice that there are no gradiated fills. It is just as likely that the artist created the drawings, entirely, in an application like Illustrator.
