Is Roy Williams the dirtiest player in football? I mean... they created a rule because of him and he's still violating it. :-/

I wouldn't say he's the dirtiest playing today, or all time. The horse collar is a shltty play, but he does it, because he has no speed and constantly finds himself behind the ball carrier, grabbing for whatever he can - unfortunately, it doesn't even get called half the time. dirtiest player ever (I'm not counting old time football, Conrad Dobler, or Chuck Bednarik, when that type of play was the rule, not the exception), was probably anyone who played for the Raiders in the 70's -dirtiest team ever. Today, I go with Brian Dawkins - he's a very good safety, but late hits more than any other 2 players in the league combined. Late hits are very intentional, and I don't think I have ever seen him flagged for one.

How long has the collar been used to tackle people with? I know we used it in high school. I just heard after he was penalized the jersey cannot be used. So, quaterbacks cannot be tackled below the waist, shoulder pads and now the jersey cannot be used. I respect the no helmet to helmet or spearing, but how is someone to be tackled. I don't know why that don't just start playing tag

Was Deacon Jones a dirsty player? Or mean joe greene? they make lots of rules becuase of players. I dont seem him as a dirty player thats just his style of play and sometimes its hard to break habits. Thats how he tackles people.
