Freezer temperature?

How low is the Freezer's temperature?

Is it 32 F? Could you explain this logically? I have to solve answer the quetion

Just got a new fridge/freezer. You can adjust the settings on both, but the recommended settings are 38 for the fridge and -2 for the freezer.

My chest freezer instructions recommend a temperature of +5 Deg F.

i normally see in home freezer-run from 3 degrees above-to 10 below-that the freon R-134[R-12] i would see at 20 below-
