I love Tennessee! My mother grew up in Nashville, and I went to college there. It's an incredibly beautiful state, especially in the east, with the Smokies and all. Most of the Tennesseans I've met are very gracious, friendly, and hospitable.

Went around the country with a friend of mine in 1974. Got lost in Tennessee which was great and got lost in Kentucky that was even better. Have relatives in Georgia got lost there too. I think the trip was mostly about getting lost then finding both of our relatives scattered all over the country. When I got home my Mom's relatives were ticked off because we couldn't find our way around New York City and got totally lost until we later found out we were leaving New York and just decided to stay on that road.

I live in Tennessee, but I discourage anyone from living in my county, Blount. The Corruption is beyond belief. Our Sheriff has 25 squad cars unaccounted for and the money allocated for those cars missing. We have judges whose political image is choice over justness, and detectives in law enforcement whose career is all that matters. Every one covers every one else's back.
