Using PV = nRT for before and after, with V and T constant,

n1/P1 = n2/P2.

Or in plain words,pressure is proportional to moles of gas.

the question mixes up torr and atm; sneaky, but just remember to convert to the same units.

1.15atm = 874torr.
0.650 mol. ÷ 730 torr = 0.0009 mol/torr.
0.0009mol/torr x 874 torr = 0.778mol.
0.778mol - 0.650 mol = Answer b...0.128mol. added.
