Your wiper fluid regulation belt is out of alignment. You need to have a fluidic analysis done by your mechanic.

If you're running out of fluid all the time without using it there has to be a leak. If the fluid reservoir is empty and not just the low indicator light is on, best look for a leak at the tank where the motor is attached with an o-ring or gasket. A bad hose will also drain a tank if it is run lower than the tank where it's routed. The washer fluid will not evaporate fast enough to be noticeable.

You could have a leaky bottle, I had a Honda Accord and the bottle split, always had to top it up. Some models have the washer pump attached through a rubber grommet, these can split and let fluid out. There could be a leak in the pipe line from the bottle to the jets and can leak anywhere on route. Check the condition of your bottle and examine for leaks or signs that there has been a leak. Check the line where you can between the bottle and the jets, look for perishing or splits or evidence of leaks.

I would double check for leaks, the same thing happened to me and I found another leak. Could be one in the hose from the tank to the wipers.

if you barely use it, it has to be leaking someplace in one of the lines or the fluid canister itself.
