to clean? I have to use scoaring pads when I clean my boyfriend's bathroom. His old apt was worst. I know the tub is cheap, but it is quite a job for me when I clean his bathroom. Is there a pre-treatment or a solution to prevent from having to scour pad the tub ever week?

I will add just a little bit to the above. I live in an area that has VERY hard water, which also makes it very difficult on the stains. I started using Scrubfree, a spray bottle item, and it helped quite a bit. Each time after a shower, just spray it on, wait a few moments and run the shower water again. Keeps it bright and makes cleaning so much easier. I hope that helps.

I use spray comet for bathrooms. Other people swear by scrubbing bubbles brand. I spray comet allll over the shower and tub and the faucets. I let it sit for about 10 minutes and then scrub away. Stores also sell an 'after shower spray" you just spray it lightly over the walls of the shower and this is supposed to help as well :)

Also, if you look around the shower and see mold growing (it usually likes the top of the shower and anywhere that paint is at on the wall). Buy the Mr clean magic eraser (heavy duty one). This take the mold off really easy in literally seconds

Go buy a bottle of spray bathroom cleaner. Scrub it down as usual. Hand the spray bottle to your boyfriend and nicely ask him to use it on the tub/shower after each use. This should make your job easier.

Spray the area with undiluted white vinegar. It should help make the weekly cleanup easier. Have him spray the area after each shower to maintain.
