Let p(x) = 6x³+19x²+2x-3.
Since -3 is a zero, x+3 is a factor.
If we divide p(x) by x+3, either synthetically or by
long division, we get
6x² +x-1 = (3x-1)(2x+1).
Thus the other 2 zeros are x = 1/3 and x = -1/2.
Choice C is correct.
