WEll Snowblower wont start?

My honda hs 520 snowblower well not start its electric plugged it into the wall i really need help please

I assume it is electric start and you have it on a battery charger? Does it not crank or does it crank but won't start up? A little more information may help us help you. If the battery won't charge it is most likely bad. They only last a couple of years.
