The animal has no set of "morals" which distinguish right/wrong.

In the case of the dogs' behavior, the "humping" behavior is not solely sexual in nature. Most male dogs will perform this "humping" behavior as a means of asserting their "superiority" over another dog... male or female. They are not actually attempting to have sex with the other dog, they are setting their heirarchy. If you knew anything about animal behavior, you would know this.

Beastiality is, in all cases, immoral, and in most cases, illegal.

Have a great day.

It is absolutely illegal in most societies, and against the rules of most of the world's organised religions.

In the situation you describe, which is not an uncommon occurrence when dogs are around, you, as a human, are supposed to disengage yourself as humanely as you can.
