Evil seems to be the rule of the day. Too many crooked politicians.

Bush proved that the GOP will do anything for a buck. They will even lie to start a war. To me, that is pure evil.

Democrats
Many voters elected Democrats because they wanted real change, an end to the war and a big part even impeachment. The Democrats have delivered nothing. I know Nancy Pelosi ruled out impeachment which in itself was a cowardly and low move but day after day, there are more credible reasons to at least have an investigation but the Democrats won't move. That fact alone is enough for many I believe to reject this cowardly congress.
Then the war, despite the cheap excuses and technical reasons the facts are they could end it if they had the courage to just stop funding.
Unlike impeachment technically though they did try to get the impeachment vote as well, they did promise an end to this tragic war
The longer the war continues and American soldiers die for the lies and vanity of Mister Bush the more it shows the Democrats lack the spine to ever become more than the lesser of two evils. No political courage in the Democratic party ever, always trying to stay in the middle. Look at the questions from before the 2006 election. People can and some will deny it now but they did elect this congress to stop the war. They failed because these career politicians always choose politics over ideals and principal.

Of course the Republicans are gonna try to make them fail to be able to paint them as the do nothing congress. Obstruction and sabotage is an essentail political weapon of the American right. Rumour has it Democrats are afraid they will loose because Republicans lost when they opposed Clinton. Different time and different situation. This is once again an exapmle how the American right always pushes the envelope while they are in power and the left, if they are even left, maybe I should start calling them less far right, always tries to be reasonable and cater to the middle. If the Democrats stood up to this charade the American public would understand just like they understood Bill Clinton was right when the Republicans tried to obstruct him.

All it takes is some courage. Voting Republican at this point is like throwing oil on the fire because the pressure on the water isn't strong enough. There are alternatives for the two mayor parties

More and more it gets clear the Democratic party will probably never be more than the lesser of two evils and the American people should look for real change outside of the big money driven two party system

Whoever hasn't had any political post yet. I believe all of them have, which makes all of them, in my eyes, equally corrupt, dishonest and "evil", no good to run a country.

Having said that, I think any candidate who is not a lawyer, is less evil than the others; I believe the frontrunners of both parties are lawyers, as opposed to the "underdogs", who seem to be "less evil", therefore, they have no chance at being president.

There are lesser evils on the Republicans side. Although there are a few Republicans that are evil. On the other hand, there is no democrat that is fit for the job. Can't say that one side is perfect. But Republicans seem to have a few good ones.

I do not believe that prior to the election we are "stuck" with someone to run the country. I truely believe that we can focus the President and Congress throughout their relative terms by providing them what we Americans really want.

Each side portrays the other side as evil because they have a thirst for power and will say and do anything to achieve it. This is a sad commentary on American politics

that is the only choice possible in modern politics - thanks to the media and attack campaigns

i think there are a couple qualified individuals on both sides - who if elected would do a better job than the current - including

giuliani
mccain
romney
clinton
obama
biden

however i do feel there are a couple potential disasters including thompson and huckabee
