at 13, you dont need to be dating either/
biblically, a guy is not supposed to touch a women,

well of course you liked the kiss.
and if you date the girlfriend's sister, that would be causing A LOT of drama between the three of you (and sister's fight enough as it is).
i wouldnt risk the drama because you're only 13 and it's not like you're going to marry either of them.
it's not a good situation to be put into, and maybe she only kissed you because it was spin the bottle and she was supposed to.
you obviously dont like your girlfriend if you're kissing another girl (whether it's spin the bottle or not) so you mind as well break up with her. if something happens with the sister then date her (but the kiss may not have even meant anything to her. it was during a game).
i guess go for whoever you like (but if you choose the sister...that's gonna be a lot of drama you'll have to go through.)

Its just a kiss, even though it was your first its nothing big... There will be lots of kisses in your life but you want to be with the person that you like... Try not to get into so much drama; you are too young for drama, kid, but don't worry too much about it. You are too young to be getting all flustered by girls right now. Having said that, if you like the girl you kissed let them both know that. They will respect you for being honest. If they don't, then they are probably not worth worrying too much about anyway.

do you know why u liked the kiss? the girl was your first kiss. i hope is was REALLY good, cuz this is one of the memorable kisses that you'll remember for the rest of your life. kiss your actual girlfriend and see how much you enjoy that. you can't determine that you're in love with someone by your FIRST kiss...i mean come on, if you kissed someone really stupid and ugly as your first kiss, you'd prolly still like it cuz it was ur first kiss.
