Does anyone know anything about this place? I have went to the site and looked at their menu, but no prices nor opening times. If someone could possibly tell me some prices or opening hours or whatever, i'd be very appreciative. Thanks...

I think their hours and prices vary by location, but as far as I know they are all open by 11:00 a.m. and stay open through normal dining hours.

If I remember correctly, some of the prices at the PFCB I go to some of the prices are

Harvest Spring Rolls - $3.50 for 2, $5.50 for 4
Dali Chicken - $12.50
Singapore Street Noodles - $9.00
Wonton Soup - $7.00 for a bowl (One bowl = 5 to 8 individual servings)
Buddha's Feast - $6.00 or $7.00
Sichuan-Style Asparagus - $9.00
Soft Drinks - $2.25

I know there are other dishes that are more expensive, around $20.00, but they are not the low-fat moderate-calorie meals that I am looking for when I go there.

I have always had good service.

Portions are such that if I am very hungry I may eat the whole thing, but usually I get an appetizer and take home half of the entree. (Younger folks may not have any leftovers to take home.)

The dishes they show as spicy on the menu are. They serve a sauce you can custom mix and add to other dishes to make them as spicy as you want.

The food is really good. They have your usual suspects, like General Tso's chicken (although I think they might have changed the name to something slightly different), but they also have some dishes that are more original - like spicy noodles sauteed with beef - the flavors are different than a regular old Chinese restaurant.
The atmosphere is trendy, dark wood finishes, clean, sophisticated. I think the kitchen was partly open, so you could see a little of what was going on - which is usually a good thing.

when I went with my boyfriend one appetizer and two entrees were about 30 dollars.

My personal favorite from P.F. Changs are the chicken lettuce wraps (if you are vegetarian, they have veggie ones too) and the Mongolian beef.

yumm yumm yumm.
