You did the right thing. There is no reason for a cheating spouse to keep in contact with the one they cheated with except one - to keep their options open. If she truly repents the affair she will abide by the "no contact" rule.
If she won't, you have your answer - the affiars not over.

Chances are he's looking for something, the adrenalin rush of having a girl while bein gmarried. It'll get you in trouble. However I'm a bad person and I would actually find the wife on a day she is alone and just start talking or whatever, then mention that you have a problem and need another woman to talk to. Tell her that her husband is making you uncomfortable and before you cut him off you want to make sure that it's not all in your head. That will probably make her respect you more for feeling uncomfortable about it and will draw you closer... either that or make her feel like your asking her permission. Then shortly after you have this conversation with his wife single the guy out and say, "Listen, I'm having issues with you touching me so much. Your married and it makes me uncomfortable because I love both you and your wife like you were my family. I hate to say it but if you can't act like a mature man I'm going to have to ask that we not be around each other anymore. it breaks my heart but I really don't want any extra drama in my life. Is you in or is you out?" Hah, then you know if he's a big brother type or not.

True friendship is based on trust just as a true marriage is based on trust. So unless trust can be rebuilt, which is possible, then the friendship and the marriage are in trouble.

You are right they can never speak again. And if she still is asking to be then your marriage is probably over any way.....
