you can challenge it but it probably won't get you anywhere.
i have had 1 as well, because i called someone a bigot. she really was, but i guess i got reported. anytime you get reported you get a violation, and sometimes y!a just gives you one on its own. don't worry, unless you keep getting them you should be ok.
