http://www.fluidity.com it's the only exercise program ive been able to stick with or tae bo.

also, the only diet pill that really works is an eca stack. take 1 25mg bronkaid medication & 1 200mg caffeine pill together for 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off. (i got both at cvs) (the aspirin isnt necessary) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECA_stack

biggest tip would be don't drink diet sodas! its proven that they work against the metabolism, make you hungrier and fatter.

as for the stretch marks, you have to exfoliate them in the shower every day. then apply a good lotion. it will make them fade.

First you would need to love yourself. It looks as if you want to look a certain way for the public eye. There are way too many woman that are large and in charge. Being skinning does not solve everything. If you are seroius about losing weight. Exercise and diet together hrlps. All the diet pill and regimen you see on TV is not for everybody. Stretch marks are hard to remove unless getting surgery done. Plenty of healthy food and drinks is a good start. Cut down on bread, salt and sugar intake. don't revolve your whole world on losing weight because you can cause yourself to have anxiiety attacks. Instead of looking in the mirror every five minutes to see if you lost it, don''t do it. Try your exercise and foods experiment and about a week later check your self. Remember love yourself first because it's no guaranteed that everyone else will love you after a dramatic change.

OK i am 13 yrs old with a 36 triple d bra size and i am 175 pounds the same weight my mama is. i have tried every single one and lost no weight at all. if you take too many of those diet pills they won't help you they will hurt you stop worrying about your weight love yourself for who you are i am totally fat you can't Be any fatter than i am i am like an elephant but i still love myself you may ask yourself the reason why you are fat that means that you don't have nay friends or boyfriends. but I'm telling you if they were true friends or true boyfriends they would like you for who you are not because of your weight at all. i used to cry my self to sleep because i am fat and because i did not think that i was prettier a enough but hey love yourself for you who are. i want you to go to school tom. and see ho many people are your size your are not alone and most bug people got more stuff and can flaunt it because trust me baby being skinny ain't all that having bones popping out of your sides and no thighs or boobs or hips ain't so appealing plus men like it when you have a little meat on your bones

First a quick fix won't work. You can lose weight on slim fast, but you can't live on Slim Fast for your whole life. You need an intelligent diet that won't leave you desperate for food.
Some suggestions:
1) Eat big meals. If you leave the table almost sick full it will be longer before you want to snack.
2) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Your big meal should have a big salad. Two big vegetable portions. A small potato or a slice of bread/bun. A small meat portion. Desert only on special occasions
3) Every week have a special occasion. It could be Sunday dinner. It can be the week anniversary of your diet. On that special occasion you can have one small desert or one exception to your diet. This addresses the cravings. If you look at something that you know tastes good and think 'I can never have that again' you are going to get overwhelmed. Once you get it in your mouth you will keep eating until you are sick. Because you are punishing yourself for eating it. If you look at it and think 'I can have that on Sunday.' you will be able to hold out better, and probably by the time Sunday comes you will not want it. But on Sunday when you are eating your special treat, you won't feel like punishing yourself so you will have more control.
3) Chose the low cal option:
tuna in water rather than tuna in oil
plain popcorn rather than buttered
fresh fruit rather than canned in syrup
white meat or fish rather than red meat
water over juice and juice over soda
yogart not ice cream
1% not whole milk
4) Tell your family and friends in detail what the plan is and ask them to remind you when you forget.
5) If you carry money carry 5s rather than 1s so you can't use the snack machines without getting change.
6) If you obsess on your weight it will depress you. If you are depressed you will want to eat to comfort yourself. If you eat for reasons other than hunger you will gain weight.
To get out of this vicious cycle you need to stop focusing on yourself. Find someone with worse problems than you have and help them. Some suggestions:
Befriend someone in a nursing home who doesn't
get visitors.
Tutor the stupidest kid in your class.
Volunteer at the mission or the boys/girls club.
Befriend the kid no one likes.
Soon you won't have time to snack and you will find that people can really like you for you even when you look like you look.

or

You could move to Calcutta, India and live on the street. When--If-- you got home you wouldn't be fat any more and you would appreciate how much you take for granted. Like the privilege of having good food.

I know that sounds harsh, but it is true.

Eat healthier and exercise more if you want to lose some weight. But remember just because someone isn't super thin like the media says they should be doesn't mean they're not pretty.

It can't be that bad. I'm 14, I weigh 260. I'm HUGE!! I used to weigh 310, bu then I started playing more sports. My favorite being football. Go out for sports, eat less sugar, and you'll drop the extra weight in no time. But, you could also try slimfast, which helps women lose weight.

ok if you eat alot eat alot of healthy foods like you could eat 3 bowls of salad and it would not have even half the caloires of a little debbie snack cake. eat lots of healthy foods like fruit yogurt and veggies and lots of water ge out side and walk or run and listen to music. don't give in to temtaions like fatting cakes or foods. and if you must have them here is a trick so you don't eat a whole bunch it it, and yes i know i is hard to stop eating it once you start but here is the trick.. say you want to eat a whopper. well befor you eat it eat a large bowl of salad or cucumbers or tomatoes and drink a large glass of water then eat a peice of fruit by this time you should start to feel full , now cut the whopper in half and through the other half OUTSIDE in the garbage and eat what you can of the half you have. that way you are eating lots of low calorie foods to fill you up and just a little of what you want. then about 1 hour later go for a walk. this way you can induldge yourself and still have foods that you like just in moderation

You would be welcome to join your local weight watcher's group. Their plan allows you to eat normal food, and the people there would support you.

Don't waste your money on all of those pills, etc. They all say that they only work with a good diet and exercise plan.

Losing weight = eat a little less, move a little more. It's not easy, but it is the only proven way.

How bad do you want it? HOW BAD?? Because therein lies the key.....

IF you really, really, REALLY want to be skinny....your willpower will work. Why? Because YOU and YOU only make that decision and only YOU decides on how bad you want it. YOU become your own coach, YOU become your own dietician, YOU become your own trainer. And YOU have to learn to be your own boss. YOU! Not mommy, not daddy, not your teachers, not your friends, et cetera..... When you are presented with tempations, you have to ask yourself (over and over again) How BAD do I want to be thin?? How important is losing weight to me, right now? Can I afford to cheat myself right now? You must learn to say "NO" and do it often. Before long, it'll become easy to say no. And you'll even be able to make jokes and laugh about it.

As for an actual program? You already know that fresh fruits and vegies are good for you, lean meats....like chicken and turkey. Like you, I have used lots and lots of different methods and diets to lose weight. But the one diet that helped me a lot was something called the Rotation Diet. It allows a "safe fruit" that can be eaten at any time you get hungry. That worked for me. Vegetables were considered free.... eat as much as you want, when you want. I think what helped make it work (for me), was when the author asked that you strive for perfection while on the diet. I wasn't perfect. But I did strive for perfection and that helped me succeed each time.

Notice I said "each time". It's not a one time deal. This will be an ongoing thing... You'll lose weight and go on to maintenaunce. Over the coarse of time, you'll very likely gain weight again. SO! Go on your program again..... Get into control, before the weight gets out of control and causes you a big problem.

I don't know how much weight you've got to lose... But I do know this: YOU CAN DO IT!! Nobody can stop you..... And you're young and healthy.... so you have that on your side. Go for it.....

EDIT: Don't try to use some magic pill to lose the weight. That isn't going to teach you anything about self-disciplne. As for the SLimfast.... IF you like that stuff.... It's okay to substitute an occasional meal with it. I hated it though.....

JUST REMEMBER: LOVE YOURSELF!!

Hey, calm down. I weighed 200 pounds and I was miserable. I have lost 50 pounds in the past year and I did it with exercise and eating HEALTHY. To this day i still have strech marks on my arms, stomach, and thighs and i am fine with it. I am healthy and I lost weight the healthy way. Don't beat yourself up. Calm down because stress does not help. If you keep using all of those pills, you will destroy your insides. You will regret it later.
