I know sometimes it seems hopeless, but don't give up.
For starters, talk to your doctor. A lot of the "fad diets" are absolutely no good for you, apart from being utterly useless at helping you lose weight. Pills often don't help, either.
My mother is a diabetic, and she gained weight because of that. She went on Weight Watchers and lost a good 30lbs. Weight loss doesn't happen overnight - it can take a couple of years to achieve. Working out can turn fat into muscle.
Take it from a girl who will always be "just a little bit fat". I'm not built to be skinny - I have broad shoulders and big hips. I'll never weigh 110 lbs, I'd look ridiculous. But I love my body. I'm an illustrator - I draw a lot of nudes. Trust me, some of the most beautiful drawings are of women who have a little meat on their bones.
Dressing for your body type can do wonders for your self-esteem. I hated the way I looked as a teen, and no wonder, trying to cram my chubby butt into low rider jeans and getting those "love handles" on the side because I wasn't a stick figure. I buy clothes that accent the curves now, and hide the wobbly bits.

First you would need to love yourself. It looks as if you want to look a certain way for the public eye. There are way too many woman that are large and in charge. Being skinning does not solve everything. If you are seroius about losing weight. Exercise and diet together hrlps. All the diet pill and regimen you see on TV is not for everybody. Stretch marks are hard to remove unless getting surgery done. Plenty of healthy food and drinks is a good start. Cut down on bread, salt and sugar intake. don't revolve your whole world on losing weight because you can cause yourself to have anxiiety attacks. Instead of looking in the mirror every five minutes to see if you lost it, don''t do it. Try your exercise and foods experiment and about a week later check your self. Remember love yourself first because it's no guaranteed that everyone else will love you after a dramatic change.

firstly..honey you are beautiful no matter what and i know that is so cliche but it's true
God made us the way we are for a reason for example i'm very short and have to get waxed like eveyr month ...
loads of my friends have stretch marks..really no biggie
if you are self-conscious about the stretch marks there are some creams to make them less visible
diets and medicines are not maintainable however lifestyle changes are
see your doctor or try to determine whether your family has a predisposition to gaining weight (genetically) or if you are an emotional eater
i know its hard to exercies..i never do
but just go for a light walk when eve ryou can
all you have to do is completley cut out junk food. this may sound hard but you will lose significant amounts. have as much carbs as you want, or natural sugars just no chips, chocolate, soda, cakes, etc. NO JUNK this includes all those complicated starbucks drinks
before u go to grab some junk food thinnk of ur goal, ur health and go grab an apple instead
also do not lose weight because of the media's influence or to become skinny. no that is wrong. become a healthy weight to live a healthier and longer life without diabetes, heart disease, etc.
good luck

You need therapy, a personal trainer, and a dietitian, then STICK to something!
You are wasting your teen years by obsessing about your weight, which is why you need therapy.
A diet isn't about "willpower". It's about living an active lifestyle and eating right; ergo, the need for a personal trainer and a dietitian.
Laxatives screw up your digestive system. Diet pills are useless, and even dangerous-- a total waste of money.

i feel the same only im opposite of you. i dont cry my self to sleep everynight.. only once in a while.. im skinny and sometimes i just wish i was a little fatter. ive tried for about 5 years know to gain 20-30 pounds.. but nothing ever happens.. and sometime i do feel like im wasteing my teen years because at times im not happy. like i have wanted to be a cheerleader since i was in the 3rd grade, but i always feel like i have low self- esteem because of what people think of me.. i always think to myself. "only if i was a little fatter i'll be happy". and have more confidence.. and sometime i think that loseing weight is way easier than gaining weight.. idk maybe its just me becasue ive tried about everything to gain weight.. were total opposites.. and truste me being skinny doent mean being happy. i cant remember the last time i was happy with my body.. and people always tell me oo skinny people are so happy.. but thats not true.. well at least from where i see it. maybe you can help me out on how to gain weight and i can help you with how to lose weight.. might work idk.. e-mail me at pooh_bear_157@yahoo.com.. (just an idea.. )

K honestly I don't think that anyone is fat enough to cry themselves to sleep. Anways I think that you need to make sure that you eat breakfast because studies prove that women that eat breakfast lose more wieght, and definatly don't cut yourself off from eating because it can make you really sick.

If you want to lose weight you have to set your mind to it and you have to stick to it. You CAN control your willpower you just have to train yourself. Exercise and eat less that's really all there is to it.
