Try searching according to key words: feudalism, middle ages, manorial system, serf, knight, vassal, medieval, dark ages. Try printed encyclopedias at a library in addition to web sites. The middle ages lasted 1000 years, from about AD 500 to 1500. So pay attention to dates, because things changed over 1000 years, and you don't want to mix early and late.
