My high school year books were $65 too. There was a color picture of the entire senior class in the beginning, individual color pictures of the seniors with a quote if you wanted to put one, black and white pictures of the younger grades, and color pictures taken of kids around the school, sports teams, etc. in a hard covered book. Also, for $5 extra, you can have an add-on to the yearbook of the senior prom and graduation. I only bought one my senior year because it is a lot of money to buy each year. The only bad thing is I had some friends who graduated a year before me that aren't in my yearbook. It is a nice momento to have, but it's up to you if you if you think it's worth that amount and if you'd look at it again. I think I looked at mine about five times, and I graduated in 1999.

When you're a senior, you will get to choose which one goes in the yearbook. Until then, just think of what a laugh your kids are going to have when they look at your yearbook and see what you used to look like.

Well, I go to a Catholic Elementary School (I'm 13) and I'm on the school yearbook committee. Normally to buy a yearbook at my school, it costs around $20 dollars, but the people who are on the committee get a discount. Our yearbooks aren't anything special though, don't kid yourself. They're all paperback and have no color, so you get what you pay for.

Yes, my high school year book is the same price as yours. But I do not think mine is in all color. I have already bough it but we do not get it obviously until the end of the year. Yes, I do think that is pretty pricey for a year book. But I want to get all of them so I have the memories, I play a lot of sports and do not want to forget the wonderful people who are on my team.

The price of ours changes during the school year. Sometimes it's $90. I think that's a rip off. I might buy a year book this year.

The yearbooks at my school cost $40.00. Sixty-five dollars seems like a lot to pay, but it depends how valuable a yearbook is to you.

Mine did and that was 11 years ago. Ours cost $60. All color and I am so glad that I have it. You only have one high school experience and you will regret it if you don't buy it.
