I have had 5 children all nature birth but only 1 when I didnt have anything to help with pain. I was expecting much worse. The 1st i was scared so I had and epi. the 2nd I was to far into labor so I got a shot. The 3rd I had nothing at all. The 4th was my first boy and it wasnt bad but I asked for something because I knew it would slow labor a little bit because I didnt want to have him that day and I was close enough to the next day that he would have his own birthday instead of sharing with his sister. The last I had and epi. again cuz I had been having contractions for such a long time and there were complications at the beginning of my pregnancy.

I had a fairly pain-free natural delivery. I attribute this to a couple things -
1st - Consistent Chiropractic care - there are miracles in the hands of a competent chiropractor
And 2nd - Being able to move freely at my own discretion or desire. Using the term 'Natural' implies that you are permitted to do the things that your body would naturally do to alleviate the pain you are feeling - walking, certain positions, water, etc. If a woman births without the aid of pain medications, but is still forced/compelled to remain on her back, then unless she is most comfortable on her back, there is nothing natural about it and she will likely feel more pain than otherwise.

It hurts a lot...I nevr made it all the way through...enough was enough for me...I think it depends on the individual...if you are highly strung, easily upset or suspect you have a low pain threshold then just stay open minded...you never know how youll react.

the contractions are the worst! After the baby is out it all goes away and you wont even really remember the pain! It's when you are induced now that hurts ways worse!

By what my mother and sister told me, it would be the worst pain i'd ever felt in my life. I was terrified, but no, it wasn't as bad at all.

i've got heard that Pitocin makes the contractions extra severe additionally. My pal had her first clearly (no meds or something), and her 2nd became into triggered with Pitocin and he or she pronounced that being triggered became into worse than going all organic. So i assume it incredibly is real.
