The police man charged me for speeding and made me switch seats with one of my friends who had a driver's license. A few days later a citation came in the mail saying I had to go to court, I'm 16 with a permit, completed school driver ed classes, but haven't taken the test to get a license still, I live in texas and wanted to know what is going to happen to me at court tomorrow...I have insurance on the car

I got the exact speeding ticket but I am 52 years old. I elected to sign the back of the ticket and pay a fine $245 dollars latter. Fort Worth might be different. Go take your licks pay a fine apply for deferred adjudication and no more tickets 6 months or drivers school to get it taken off of your record you'll be ok.

It's up to the judge. At the worst, the permit can be taken away and you don't get a license until you grow up! Why were you speeding to begin with?
