From what I gather she is not happy in her marriage and every time I see her she is so flirty. She wants to go to the pool next weekend and sit in the spa.

She's married, thus off limits. If her marriage is so bad, she'll end it and then be available to play.

Anyone who would cheat (if that's on her mind) isn't worth wasting time with.

Tell her to bring her husband with her to the pool and spa. Also, ask her if she would act so flirty if her husband were standing right next to her - if she says no, then tell her she best learn to stop doing it.

Since she obviously thinks being married and cheating is OK, she will be that way in ANY relationship she gets in to - WHY would you even think twice about being with a woman who cheats?? That is just plain dumb!!

You left out one important point, Are you interested? If you are, tell her that she will have to wait until she has separated from her husband. If you aren't, get away fast. She is looking for someone to take the blame for a failed marriage or is looking for someone to use to get the sparks back into her marriage. Either way, You will lose!! And if you're interested, then do the right thing and wait. What goes around, comes around. If she cheats with you now, she could cheat on you later.

Tell her to have a good time at the pool and spa.

This is pretty simple, really. Ignore her. Don't put yourself into situations where you're alone with her. Don't return her flirtatious behaviours. If she touches you, take a step back. Use your body language to tell her that her attentions are unwanted. If all that fails, tell her flat out that you're not interested. And, uh, don't go to the pool next weekend and don't sit in the spa.

If she's unhappy, let her leave the marriage first. Do not deal with her, because you don't want to end up in the middle of psycho drama if the husband finds out.

Break her off some scripture!

Exodus 20
The Ten Commandments
14 "You shall not commit adultery.

Proverbs 5
Warning Against Adultery
1 My son, pay attention to my wisdom,
listen well to my words of insight,
2 that you may maintain discretion
and your lips may preserve knowledge.

3 For the lips of an adulteress drip honey,
and her speech is smoother than oil;

4 but in the end she is bitter as gall,
sharp as a double-edged sword.

5 Her feet go down to death;
her steps lead straight to the grave. [a]

6 She gives no thought to the way of life;
her paths are crooked, but she knows it not.

7 Now then, my sons, listen to me;
do not turn aside from what I say.

8 Keep to a path far from her,
do not go near the door of her house,

9 lest you give your best strength to others
and your years to one who is cruel,

10 lest strangers feast on your wealth
and your toil enrich another man's house.

11 At the end of your life you will groan,
when your flesh and body are spent.

12 You will say, "How I hated discipline!
How my heart spurned correction!

13 I would not obey my teachers
or listen to my instructors.

14 I have come to the brink of utter ruin
in the midst of the whole assembly."

15 Drink water from your own cistern,
running water from your own well.

16 Should your springs overflow in the streets,
your streams of water in the public squares?

17 Let them be yours alone,
never to be shared with strangers.

18 May your fountain be blessed,
and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth.

19 A loving doe, a graceful deer—
may her breasts satisfy you always,
may you ever be captivated by her love.

20 Why be captivated, my son, by an adulteress?
Why embrace the bosom of another man's wife?

21 For a man's ways are in full view of the LORD,
and he examines all his paths.

22 The evil deeds of a wicked man ensnare him;
the cords of his sin hold him fast.

23 He will die for lack of discipline,
led astray by his own great folly.

I was with you till that last sentence. It looked like, till then, you were not wanting her to flirt with you. But since you seem to entertain her sitting in the spa idea, it seems you've given her the impression it's okay to flirt with you. It's best you don't do that in the future if you wish her to curtail this behavior. You don't want to do anything with someone who's just unhappy. You don't know what they'll do when they're unhappy with YOU, for one thing....

The world is full of single women.You don't have to risk your safety,or your happiness on someone who would rather cheat than get a divorce!Besides,what if she were your wife?Would you want her to cheat on you?It's all about principles,do you have any?
