i need to know as soon as possible! i'm in an argument with my friend about it, don't worry we're not really mad at each other. i think its "you're welcome" please tell me i'm right!!!

It's you're welcome. You're is a contraction for you are. The apostrophe ( ' ) takes the place of the a.
