A lot of chemistry books have a chart in them if you have one, otherwise, just type into the yahoo search engine "convert XXX to XXX" and you can get a conversion chart for whatever you need.

all you have to do is move the decimal place over depending on how big or small you want the conversion. it's really easy. we learned it in second grade
