"She can castrate men with her tongue?" I had this gorgeous sorority sister back in the day who had hundreds of first and second dates, but that was it. I ran itno one of her dates from all of those years ago and her name came up. We discussed that she is still unattached and he said "That's because she castrates men with her tongue." Certainly he didn't mean literally-did he? What does it mean?

She can castrate men with her tongue means she can make them humble with her words. She says things to men that made them feel weak and inferior -- taking away their strength.

She is mean, nasty, rude, obnoxious, arrogant, egostistical,stuck up, can use words to cut a man down, make a man feel small and weak.
She has a sharp tongue. Mean spirited.
Deliberately says mean spirited, nasty things.
Makes a man feel less like a person.
