That is a problem that is rerlated to IE7. Try going back to IE6 and see if that fixes it. This is how to go back to IE6
How to Uninstall IE7:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click Add or Remove Programs
3. Click Show Updates checkbox
4. Click whatever version of IE7 you have. For example "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview"
5. Click the Change/Remove button

This is a run time for Internet Explorer.

This means that the publisher Microsoft Corporation of this software signed the file iertutil.dll with a certificate from a trusted windows source.

Is your Microsoft Windows platform valid or not legal. Reason I ask, is that this dll is checked by Microsoft for a valid signature and determines if it is fake or not.

You your platform is valid, perhaps you should try going to start in your tray open go to accessories, system tools and open "system restore". Now look to see if there are dates where you can perform a "system restore", before the incident happen. If so perform a "system restore". And you will be back to your last good configuration.

You could try fixing it by replacing your copy of iertutil.dll with the one from your install disc or a copy downloaded off the web.
