Since anything to the 0 power equals 1, (2x-3) needs to =0 for this equation to work.

2x=3
x= 3/2

And to understand why any number raised to the 0 power = 1, think this way:
A^n / A^m =A^(n-m). If n=m, then n-m = 0,
A^n =A^M
Any number divided by itself is 1.
