Hetero since you probably have like chunks of meat, vegetables, and other particles in it (not uniform throughout)

Well, It depends on the soup

If its something like tomato soup it would homogeneous sense you only see one liquid thing

If it was like chicken noodle, or Vegetable soup it would be considered Heterogeneous since you more then one thing

most likely heterogeneous. each bite will contain different ingredients in different amounts.
