We have chocolate/strawberry roulade, chocolate log, and mousse type deserts for those who don't like pudding or pies.

Roulade and mousse ones are a good especially - very light :)

Strawberry Pavlova.

No-one in my family likes mince pies or Christmas pud, so pavlova every year!
