Celebs suppose to be the hottest chicks around but it seems like a regular white girl looks better than these black celebs who suppose to be so hott?? anybody agree?

You sound young and a bit immature. I think you'll find that when you see the world and travel places, you'll find that there are beautiful women of all races and cultures.
As far as black celebrities, well, I'm very partial to Beyonce and Halle Berry. Both are very beautiful women.
