It would be difficult to guess, what is going on with your body without being seen by a doc.
For instance, you could be Hypothyroid...
Has anything changed in your life, did you move, are you eating differently, has your sleep schedule changed...had a baby??? :)

u should go to the doctors or maybe try and keeo your sleep patern regular. It could be anemia but I get anemia all the time and i dont feel drowsy i just dont have the enregy to move rather than any desire to sleep. but it mite effect people differently Im not sure. Even if you are sleeping a lot it could be a light or restles sleep so maybe some natural sleeping pills could help. but i think a visit to the doctors really is the best oppsion.

You might be anemic. Go get some lab work done. Same thing happened to me. I would feel really tired and sleeping during the day.
